Operation Specialist

● Responsibilities:

1. Assist in business negotiations with customers, receive orders and arrange booking, transportation, cargo tracking, customs clearance, settlement and other related matters.

2. In charge of making logistics documents, uploading and inputting data accurately in time.

3. Track shipments, place bookings, contact customers, land-transportation, warehouse and insurance company and staff concerned.

4. Feedback on abnormal condition and their solutions.

5. Coordinate with customers and other parties.

6. Cooperate with financial staffs to finish reconciliation of receivables.

7. Engage in development of new customers and provide the best logistics plans.

8. Coordinate with other departments to finish various work.


● Requests:

1. Major: Bachelor or above, major in Japanese, international trade, logistics management and business English desirable.

2. Age: From 21 to 35.

3. Work Experience: Work experience over 2 years or excellent graduates.

4. Basic Skills: Decent abilities of communication and coordination.

5. Basic Qualities: Be honest, dedicated, prudential, active, responsible, and self-disciplined.

6. Computer Skills: Be proficient in Office applications.

7. Language Ability: CET6, JLPT N2 or above.
